Delivery within the UK is included in all prices. Items we hold in stock are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail special Delivery or Next Day Delivery by Interlink Express, some of our products are specially-made and come straight from the maker, or are despatched from a distributing warehouse. In all cases packages are tracked and signatures are required for delivery. Please email us prior to ordering for any special requirements, including overseas delivery. We are not permitted to ship outside the EU.
Ordering for Christmas: All orders will be sent by Royal Mail, with last posting dates as below. Orders below £75 are sent First Class Recorded, orders above £75 are sent by Special Delivery. If you require Special Delivery for an order with a value below £75, please email us before completing your order.
- First Class Recorded: 21st December
- Special Delivery: 23rd December
Orders received by 2pm on the above dates will be posted on the same day.
PLEASE NOTE: All orders must be signed for, please make sure that someone will be available at your chosen delivery address.We aim to get your order to you within 10 days. If this is not possible we will contact you to discuss the options available, and keep you fully informed throughout.

While of course we hope your order is everything you want it to be, we understand that sometimes your requirements or expectations may not have been met. Provided the item is returned to us in unused 'as new' condition within 14 days, we offer a full refund or replacement product. A credit-note may be offered for returns made after 14 days. We do not reimburse postage costs on no-fault returns.
If a fault develops in the product, please email us with the details before returning the item. Postage costs may be reimbursed in such instances. |
